Hybrid Electrical Vehicle (HEV) refers to a vehicle equipped with two power sources at the same time - thermal power source (generated by traditional gasoline engine or diesel engine) and electric power source (battery and motor). By using the motor on the hybrid electric vehicle, the power system can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual operating conditions of the vehicle, while the engine can work in the area with the best comprehensive performance, thus reducing fuel consumption and emissions.
