China (Zhuzhou) Used Car Export Base is an integrated automotive export platform located in Tianyuan District, Zhuzhou, Hunan Province, China. Officially launched in September 2024, the base brings together automotive industry resources and export services to support China's automotive trade and international business cooperation.
Building on Zhuzhou's automotive industry foundation, the base integrates vehicle display and trading, inspection and preparation, warehousing, logistics, and foreign trade services. It provides a platform connecting Chinese vehicle suppliers and export businesses with international customers and partners.
1. Automotive Industry and Transport Advantages
Zhuzhou has a strong automotive and new energy vehicle industry, supported by more than 300 automotive parts suppliers in the surrounding industrial ecosystem. Its transport network includes the Beijing–Guangzhou Railway, Xiangjiang River shipping routes, and the Hunan–Guangdong–Africa rail-sea intermodal corridor, offering multiple options for domestic vehicle collection and international transportation.
In May 2026, China (Zhuzhou) Used Car Export Base was recognized as a Five-Star Used Car Export Base, reflecting its development in infrastructure, operational management, and service capabilities.

China (Zhuzhou) Used Car Export Base is developing an integrated network connecting domestic vehicle sourcing, border transit, and overseas operations. It has 9 overseas operating locations, including Almaty, Kazakhstan, and Dubai, UAE, supported by transit warehouses at Horgos and Kashgar.
Depending on local facilities and service arrangements, overseas resources can support vehicle display, warehousing, consignment, and maintenance, bringing Chinese vehicle supply closer to international customers and partners.
The base's related export business covers more than 80 countries and regions, with vehicle categories including fuel-powered passenger cars, new energy passenger vehicles, heavy-duty trucks, dump trucks, and excavators.
By the end of 2025, the base had brought together 45 companies, with cumulative export contracts covering 12,168 vehicles and totaling RMB 2.49 billion. In 2025 alone, used-car exports reached 1,517 vehicles, valued at RMB 225 million.
In 2023, a related export operating company ranked third among more than 500 used-car export enterprises in China.
